Liberia Health Solution is a Liberia-based health education, and wellness-focused national nonprofit organization with offices in Liberia and the United States. Founded in 2019, Liberia Health Solution is dedicated to using science to protect and improve the health and wellness of the citizens and residents of Liberia and their communities through educational awareness, advocacy and the promotion of healthy lifestyles, research and injury prevention including detecting, preventing and responding to infectious diseases.
Liberia Health Solution works to address complex national, regional, and community health problems impacting families in Liberia, especially women, children, and the elderly, by building and leading learning networks with emphasis on disease surveillance and prevention as well as health protection.
The organization fosters collaborations with various community health centers and social groups, schools, and local authorities, manages knowledge, and sets priorities for national, regional, and community action in advancing public health and wellness in Liberia.
Liberia Health Solution consistently aims to build on its successful learning network model to create programmatic sustainability and continue to advocate for the population of Liberia, particularly women, girls, children, and the elderly, to live healthy, happy lives. This includes advocating for Health’s expansion into other critical areas supportive of women’s and girls’ empowerment and sexual and reproductive health as well as oral health for school children nationwide.
As the pre-eminent disease prevention and wellness network leader, Liberia Health Solution cultivates collaborations across all sectors and communities, manages knowledge, and sets priorities for action that enhances resiliency in Liberia’s health system.
Liberia Health Solution exemplifies this mechanism by serving as the Secretariat to nationwide health and wellness promotional Initiatives, educational awareness campaigns, community outreach-based training, policy advocacy, and data and information sharing partnerships with accredited community health centers and medical institutions in Liberia.
